There you have it, I am not sure but I do believe the birds have taken a liking to my outdoor Holiday Decor, you see this very cute NON pricey wreath I hung on the front door well its about gone I am sure by the time EASTER arrives I will have no more little cute Styrofoam eggs left. I noticed this by walking out my front door each morning with the door mat being covered in the little balls all different colors, well I thought since it was so cheap maybe we were shutting the door to hard and causing them to fall off, after another day or so of gently opening and closing the door I took a closer look and found that the purple egg was almost gone and had been pecked all over, I did like birds they are beautiful but I do NOT want them any where around me, yes when I was a child a mother hen got after me for messing with her eggs so every since if it has wings and a beak I want NOTHING to do with it. Hope no Little birds died in the destroying of my wreath. Sure there is a brightly colored nest or two sitting around some where.

No Break this Spring

Wow this will be Adrianna's first Spring break and boy will it be remembered.

Starting last Thursday March 11 2010, the Family was called to the hospital my Uncle Rex Kimbrell was not doing well. He passed on Friday morning around 3 am. He was a member of Berry Freewill Baptist church a Great friend to all that knew him and a wonderful family man. But he was one of GODS Children and now has a better home than any of us. We will always love and remember his kindness.

Sat. Was the Wake and Sunday was the funeral.

This is Jackson about to pick his nose getting ready to go to the funeral on Sunday I thought he looked so handsome.

Sunday Night fever 103.6 went to doc in the box has virus no flu no strep

Monday Fever 105.3 in ER waiting to be seen after 3 1/2 hours still sitting in lobby fever broke sweat was pouring we left and went home.


On Tuesday he ran fever 103 ish all day, only a cough at this point he is not eating or drinking or playing and for Jackson to sit still for 30 seconds something is very wrong or Kitty Kitty (aka Tom and Jerry) is on the TV

Wed. Fever 103.8 we make a call and get in with the ped. He has FLU, but since sick since Sunday its almost over so no meds continue fever reducer.

On Thursday the poor boy was so week he could not even get out of bed. I had to pick him up and again he was on FIRE fever 104.6 I Get on the phone with Peds again something is wrong with my baby and no one wants to make him better I am about to go to Childrens (where I should have went in the first place) but I do have another child to attend to. so Quick and Easy......but after 3 visits and many calls still no fix. FEVER SCARES ME. We Go to the Ped office and once she sees the child is so week he cant hold his eyes open we were direct admit to the hospital. He SLEPT 21 hours awake about 30 mins between Wed night and Thursday night.

Thursday at the hospital.....He held on to that cup for dear LIFE but would no take a drink from it for nothing. Poor Sissy no Spring Break fun being shuffled from here to there and sitting at Doctors offices. She loves and worried so much about her Jackson. My Mom came and picked her up later that afternoon.

Sat am after being pumped full of Fluids and antibiotics he was much better and getting some of his play fullness back.

Saturday Afternoon he is all better still on some meds but WOW what a change a few days in the hospital did for this child.

Saturday evening around 6:30 waiting on our discharge papers.

We were released to go at 7pm tonight it has been a wild week to say the least, left the hospital Meet my Sister at the lake to get Adrianna and back to Vance Alabama we were headed. Home a few minutes after 9 baths taken kiddos in bed by 11. Praying that we all stay well and things slow down a bit. Hoping to have a couple of GIRLS days with my sweet girl she has been such a trooper thur all of this. Please keep us in your prayers, but we hope the worst is over.

Kids are Funny

Adrianna has always been a Child that wants to know the DATE of everything when she was two she could tell you her birthday month date and year, well as she has gotten older 6 now she wants to know everybody everything that happened whenever. Now let me tell you I just turned 29 in Dec. I am Not by any means "OLD". Well several months ago Sissy wanted to know my birth date, all of it, so I told her. We never talked about it again until a couple weeks ago we took Jackson to after hours clinic he was sick, we were there a really long time so I stopped off at Burger King and got them nuggets for supper because it was late. Now as we are leaving the Drive Thur are conversation went as follows::

Adrianna: Momma Back in the ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY'S when you were born, did ya'll have a Burger King?

Me: yes

Her: Wendy's?

Me: Yes and it was the 1980's not the 1080's child your Momma is not that much older than you.

she paused for a little while eat some nuggets I guess

Her: Momma back in the Nineteen Hundreds when your were born did ya'll have cars with bubble windows?

Me: I have no Idea what you are talking about child be quite and eat your nuggets!

Her: But Momma you know what I mean they looked like bubbles you could look out from your car.

Me: I don't know hunny just eat

A few days later she ask again Momma did you ever find out if in the One Hundred Eighty's if ya'll had bubble windows? I still do not know what in the world the child is talking about so if some of you that were born YEAR or 2 before me know what she is talking about please let me know so I can give the poor child an answer. And Am I the only person that hears Momma Momma Momma Momma Momma a few hundred times a day? It drives me nuts.

Jackson now going on 25 months still does not talk any suggestions are very welcomed theses are the words he says: only 3 are said well Momma Chou Chou and Tractor the others he struggles with and draws them out,

And that's it everything else is just a gesture or he kinda humms the words thank you with out ever opening his mouth odd I tell you. Now he is Growing a little getting taller still weighing around 23-25lbs yesterday I bought him a few things for summer and spring all shorts were 9 months and shirts 18 months but in a shoe he can wear a 7 already no problem.

Now if you have any tips/ ideas/ suggestions on the Bubble windows or the Non talking please let me know. Also Continue to pray for my Sister in Law Kimberly Rogers she is still in the hospital battling leukemia it has been a month now since she got to see the most precious beautiful faces God has giving to her (her Children) Colton and Maddie. Her hair is now almost all gone, she is really really depressed and needs all they Prayers you can send up for her!! May GOD Bless you All!!!!
